SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All items that are finished and ready for shipment shall be packed safely and dispatched via EMS/DATAPOST. The dispatch time shall be within 25 days from the ordering and payment procedure via JCC accounts using VISA or MASTERCARD.
For any delays the client will be informed and new arrangements shall be made (see sections on product availability/delays).
The shipping costs shall be as follows:
- Items sold in Cyprus : NO CHARGE.
- Items sold outside Cyprus : 15 euros( flat rate).
Our company shall update sold items manually and periodically throughout the day. If you purchase an item that is already sold out, or we run into some inventory problems, we shall notify you via your e-mail address and make the arrangements to refund your payment promptly. Alternatively we can advise you on the delay for the next available item. If there is an option to suggest a very similar item, this will be communicated to you with the picture of the item in question giving you the option to decide whether to accept this alternate solution. It is very important to understand that all items advertised on this web page are individually hand made according to your specifications and during the reproductions there may be some minor changes which at the end of the day these changes make the items unique for each one.
COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS
It is of the out-most importance that the communication channels are open between the clients and our company. Our aim for client satisfaction depends on the correct information given by the client (when asked) to us. If we believe that there is a need to communicate with you for any matter that will ensure the correctness of your order we shall do so.For this reason make sure that all relevant information is passed on to us.
Our company does not accept any returns. If you are unsure about a particular item please ask for more clarifications otherwise do not proceed to the purchase. We believe that the information provided gives a very true representation of our items.
Our company has a private insurance for the shipping of items ordered. In case of non delivery, the postal authority will confirm this fact. For any damaged goods on arrival we require an immediate notification within 48hrs in order to refund the amount payed, provided we receive a visual proof.
We are liable for the transport to the customer, as long as we are immediately notified for any transport damages, wrong deliveries or not received orders.
To the best of our knowledge all metals used in the assembly of the jewelery are free from toxic and harmful elements that may cause hypersensitivities. All customers are required to declare any such hypersensitivities/allergies prior to the purchase.
We are not liable for any subsequent property damage or personal injuries, the use of all goods occurs at the customers risk.
